| Important Health and Safety Information |
| |
| Following a recent visit from Her Majesty's Health and Safety Inspector, we have been asked to conform to new arrangements for segregating pupils and cars. This has meant that staff cars have been removed from the drive. |

| All staff, parents and visitors must avoid driving in and out of school during the following times: |
| |
|
8:30am to 9:15am
10:30am to 11:15am
12:30pm to 1:30pm
3:00pm to 3:30pm |

| Please ensure if you bring pupils to school by car you must drop them off on Tyne Road or Eastfield Road (at the North Gate) and not on the school drive. |

| Parents will still be able to access the school between the times above, or to pick up sick children. In the future a new inner security fence and gate are likely to be erected. |
| |
| Any default observed will be reported to the Education Department and the Policy and Planning Unit at County Hall. The need for variations to these times should be discussed with the Headteacher or the School Manager. |

For all queries, the main reception desk is open from 8.30am - 4pm each school day. |
